SS. Cyril and Methody Church

SS Cyril and Methody parish was started in late 1978 and early 1979 when a group of Orthodox Christians asked Bishop Kyrill of the Bulgarian Diocese of Toledo to accept them as a parish.  On March 15, 1979 their wish was granted.  The present day church stands on four acres of land that was donated by Phillip Morrison for the purpose of erecting a church.  Ground breaking ceremonies were held on October 5, 1980 and the church was consecrated by Bishop Kyrill in October 1989.  Today the parish is...
