All Saints of North America Church

In the fall of 1993, the Very Rev. Fr. George Sondergaard and about 12 Orthodox faithful gathered at St. Mary’­s Episcopal Church in Albuquerque to discuss the feasibility of an English-language OCA mission in Albuquerque. The consensus was that it was not only feasible, but necessary. And so, armed with the inspiration of the first Orthodox missionaries to America and the prayers and patronage of the Saints of North America, a commitment was made by those present to work for this goal.
