St. Nicholas Church

St Nicholas Orthodox Church, DuBois, PA began as a mission in 1978 under the spiritual guidance of His Eminence, Archbishop Job of Chicago, who was then Rector of St John the Baptist Church, Black Lick, PA.  Services were held in various churches and buildings by Deanery clergy until the parish found its present home.  Through the hard labor of this small group, generous gifts and loans from the Diocese, Sister Parishes, and pious individuals, St Nicholas Orthodox Mission had a home in 1980, alo...
